Stew pan for stove and oven
The Keramika Red series induction frying pan from KELOMAT combines the advantages of cast iron cookware with the lightness of aluminum. It is perfect for dishes that simmer a little longer on the stove and also makes a good figure in the oven. Thanks to the high-quality manufacturing of special cast aluminum, it is much lighter than traditional cast iron cookware. On the outside, it has a red pore-proof special hard coating to keep the dishes looking good even after long use. Inside, the pan has a ceramic non-stick coating. The cast aluminum lid closes the pan perfectly. With the silicone handle protector, the braising pan can be easily lifted even when heated without burning yourself.
Short searing time and heat conduction
The pan scores with maximum energy utilization and heat retention. Thanks to the excellent heat conduction, the searing time remains short and saves energy. The silicone handle protection is heat resistant up to 220°C. The ceramic non-stick coating is heat-resistant up to 400°C*. The recommended operating temperature is a maximum of 220°C, depending on the fat/oil used, in order to preserve ingredients and flavors and not burn the fat. The braising pan is very easy to clean and, with good care, will remain a faithful companion in the kitchen for years. The Keramika Red series from KELOMAT also includes a matching casserole.
